Peter Goettner
Peter Goettner is a General Partner at Worldview Technology Partners, a venture capital firm in Palo Alto, CA. He has 15+ years of operational experience, including nearly a decade at the senior management level. Prior to Worldview, Mr. Goettner was the Co-Founder and CEO of DigitalThink, an e-learning company that pioneered the on-demand delivery of enterprise software. DigitalThink completed a very successful public offering in 2000 and was subsequently acquired by Convergys in 2004. Before founding DigitalThink, Mr. Goettner ran the marketing and business development groups at Knowledge Revolution (acquired by MSC Software) and Silicon Microstructures. Previously, he was a consultant in Accenture's supply chain management group. Mr. Goettner earned an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan.
Mike Cummings
Mike Cummings is the President and CEO of Qsecure. Prior to this, Mike served as Vice President of Engineering at Qsecure, overseeing all product development activities. Mike began his career more than 20 years ago in the scientific instruments market sector at Varian, issuing three patents in nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. From there he joined Digidesign to lead software development for the Pro Tools audio workstation and managed the program that brought Pro Tools to Windows NT. In 1998, he became Vice President of the larger engineering organization, responsible for the entire software line as well as Digidesign's array of high-end mixing and signal processing equipment where he led a multi-disciplinary team of over 150 members. Mr. Cummings studied at California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1986 with a B. S. in Mechanical Engineering. He then entered graduate school at Stanford, completing his studies in 1988 with an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
David Krall
David Krall has recently been elected to the position of Executive Chair of the QSecure Board of Directors. Prior to this, David served for one and a half years as QSecure's President and CEO. Before joining QSecure, David served for seven years as President and CEO of Avid Technology, Inc., a leading tools provider to the media and entertainment industries, based in Tewksbury Massachusetts. Under David's leadership, Avid doubled its revenues to just under $1 Billion annually, introduced groundbreaking new products in its core businesses, and expanded into new markets through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
David brings broad experience to QSecure in the areas of new product development, integration of complex software and hardware solutions, strategy formation, and general management. David has experience working in companies ranging from small startups to public companies with thousands of employees serving worldwide marketplaces.
David holds bachelor of science and master of electrical engineering degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a master of business administration degree, with distinction, from the Harvard Business School.

Richard Hababou
Richard Hababou is Managing Director of the Société Générale Corporate Venture practice in San Francisco since May of 2001, where he is responsible for overseeing investment and partnership strategy with a specific focus on analyzing the potential partnership and investment opportunities from a strategic, technological and financial standpoint. Mr. Hababou holds a board observer position for Société Générale at QSecure.
Mr. Hababou has been with Société Générale since 1987. Before being assigned to Corporate Venture, he was the head of new technology in the Retail Banking division. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hababou was the Deputy Director of the organization IT department in its Specialized Financing division and head of IT operation department in its Human Resources division.
Prior to joining Société Générale, Mr. Hababou worked for a French investment bank as Network Infrastructure Manager in its IT department.
